Homelessness Community Challenge

The City Council is offering support to the Fredericksburg Regional Continuum of Care in organizing a Homelessness Community Challenge focused on further reducing homelessness in the region. The City hopes to work with a broad range of partners to reduce unsheltered homelessness in the Fredericksburg region, and identified the establishment of a regional housing and homeless plan as a Council Priority (Priority #33). Please see the presentation given to the City Council at the June 27 work session in the link below along with the cover memorandum and the resolution adopted by Council at the August 8 regular meeting.
