Site Plan Submission

A Building and Development Services Department site plan application and applicable review fees need to be filed with the Site Plan upon submission to the City for review and approval. Site Plans are required to meet all the requirements per City Code Chapter 78 and are stamped when received and distributed to the department staff for review to include: Fire Department, Public Works, Zoning & Planning, Building and Development Services Department, and the City Attorney when required. Comments will be sent to the Engineer firm after the 30 day review process from the departments. and fourteen (14) days thereafter per resubmission.

• Submit Nine (9) copies of the Site Plan
