Plat Submission 

 

Plats are to meet all Federal, State and City code requirements prior to approval. Comments are to be sent to the Engineer firm after the 30 day review process from the departments. Resubmission of plats from the Applicant/Engineer and a response letter along with any supporting documentation addressing the City comments is re-distributed to the Departments for review and comments. This revision review time frame  is two (2) weeks and applies to all subsequent revision submissions.

 

  • City Code Chapter 78, Article IV, Division 5   
  • Submit plat of Subdivision Application     
  • Submit review Fee Calculation  (Fee Schedule)
  • Submit  six (6) copies for Boundary Line Adjustment Plat 
  • Submit nine (9) copies of Subdivision Plat
