Below you will find the scheduled Jury dates for September 2010. Should any of these cases be settled ahead of time, we will update this list indicating "cancelled." We will also update our daily recording. Should any additional dates be set, you will be advised.
Please plan on attending each of the dates you were scheduled for that were sent to you by mail. Report by 9:00 A.M. unless otherwise notified by the Sheriff's Office or indicated below. Report to the Fredericksburg Circuit Court - please use the entrance on the left side of the building at 815 Princess Anne Street. Please remember to bring your parking pass and display it on your dashboard.

Call 540-373-0411 for a recorded message 24 hours a day should you be in doubt regarding a scheduled Jury date.
Call the night before each Jury so you are up to date; the dates sometimes are cancelled. Occasionally, Court is cancelled the same day.
Should you have an emergency, please call Judge's Office at 540-372-1171.
PLEASE WEAR APPROPRIATE COURT ATTIRE. NO CELL PHONES OR PAGERS ALLOWED. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL INTERIOR AREAS OF THE CIRCUIT COURTHOUSE.
"Effective July 1, 2010 the law requires that the Clerk of Court verify the identity of each juror. Please bring a valid form of identification with you when you appear. Valid forms of identification include: a Virginia voter registration card; social security card, valid Virginia driver's license or any identification card issued by a government agency of the Commonwealth, one of its political subdivisions, or the United States; or any valid employee identification card containing your photograph. If you are unable to provide one of these forms of identification, you will be required to sign a statement affirming, under penalty of perjury, that you are the named juror."
