Please complete the special event application by selecting the link below. The application will be reviewed and you will be contacted about your proposed event.

Application deadlines:
Events with less than 999 attendees 30 days
Events with 1,000+ attendees 60 days
Events requesting street closures 60 days.
 
Application Instructions:

We strongly encourage you to create an account. Once you login and start the application there will be a save progress button at the top of the page. Please save the document often. 

Upon completion of your application, please click the Submit button which will automatically e-mail your completed application to the Parks and Recreation Department. You should receive a splash screen annotating you completed the document.
