Technical Review Committee
The Development Administrator coordinates and prepares all applicants requests for attending the Technical Review Committee Meeting and generates an agenda for the meeting to distribute to City Department staff and Planning Commission members which is conducted at least once a month.

  • Required for all site development
  • Required for All New Construction
  • Required when an addition exceeds 1/3 of the current building size
  • Change of Use, Special Use Permit, Special Exception and Re-Zoning applicants must contact the Zoning Office prior to the pre-planning meeting.
