Volunteers
Police Department

The Police Department is looking for volunteers to assist with a front desk assignment. Primary responsibility is to greet visitors in the main lobby of Police Headquarters and direct them to appropriate personnel in the building for further assistance. Other duties may include data entry, assisting citizens with obtaining City residential parking permits, and completion of other police department forms. The hours will need to be flexible, but will cover Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. All inquiries for the police department volunteers should be directed to the Police Department at (540) 654-5765.
