Properties in specific zoning districts where yard geometry has already been established by existing structures and development patters often have a smaller lot area and/or lot width than what is required by the current zoning regulations. In these types of situations, the Zoning Administrator can compute infill calculations. Infill calculations are accomplished by identifying lots of a similar size along the same and opposing block face as the subject site. The average of the front and side yard setbacks of those similarly sized lots then determines the setbacks for the lot to be developed.
