Join us in the first of three public meetings to develop a Small Area Plan for the City's Area 10 Lafayette / South Route 1. What issues and concerns do you have, and what improvement opportunities might we consider for this area? This area includes a variety of commercial and residential areas as well as two critical transportation routes - US Route 1 and Lafayette Boulevard. The Small Area Plan process aims to identify assets and opportunities for upgrade. Small Area Plans set a vision for future land use and capital improvements in this area. The purpose of this meeting will be to obtain input from the people that live, work and visit Area 10 on topics such as transportation, stormwater management, and land use.
