The Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) has deemed it necessary to investigate and repair anomalies on the existing 12” pipeline located in the City right-of-way. Kinder Morgan/Products Pipeline Company will be performing two (2) maintenance work/anomaly digs. The first dig took place in 2022. This current maintenance work will take place on Frazier Street and on Airport Avenue, and is anticipated to start on or about February 28, 2023, and will last approximately 4 weeks. Due to the locations of excavation, traffic lane closures and/or pedestrian detours may be required. City Inspectors will monitor the excavation and the maintenance of pedestrian and vehicular traffic to ensure proper procedures are followed and resident access is maintained.
