A public meeting was held on February 1 from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Dorothy Hart Community Center, for city staff to present the current plans for planting trees on the Washington Avenue Mall. Some residents of Washington Avenue also gave a presentation. This was a special meeting of the Clean and Green Commission. The public was invited to present their views. The city's tree plan is attached as the last page of the document for informational purposes and was not included in the petition presented to the city.
