Saturday, October 12  at 9:00am – 11:00am

Meet at Old Mill Park - will head out to assigned parks and trails from Old Mill Park

We love our parks and know you do too! FPRE has partnered with Friends of the Rappahannock and the Clean and Green Commission to put on this year’s Big Fall Cleanup. The Big Fall Cleanup is a chance for us all to give back to our parks. Please join us at Old Mill Park to help with this community clean up from 9am- 11am. From there volunteers can sign up to clean Alum Spring Park, Old Mill Park, Motts Run Reservoir, Memorial Park, or participate in the “Trash Dash” along the Canal / Heritage Trail and the VCR trail. We’ll provide gloves, grabbers and trash bags.

Pre-registration is recommended, especially for groups, but walk ups will not be turned away. To register visit riverfriends.orgFor more information please call 540-372-1086 x 213
