2. FXBG PRE Photo/Video Release Form

   I hereby grant permission to the City of Fredericksburg’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Events (PRE) to use my photograph/video in its publications, website, social media or in other PRE promotion projects and publications without further consideration, and I acknowledge PRE’s right to crop or treat the photograph at its discretion. I also acknowledge that PRE may choose not to use my photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. I also understand that once my image is posted on the City of Fredericksburg website or PRE social media, the image may be downloaded by any computer user. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claims the City of Fredericksburg. Additionally, photos may be loaned to additional appropriate entities (such as Fredericksburg Tourism or Fredericksburg Main Street) to promote the City of Fredericksburg's recreation and event programming. The City of Fredericksburg’s Parks, Recreation and Events reserves the right to discontinue use of photos without notice.
