Picnic In The Park - Sponsorship / Vendor Request Form

  1. Requested Participation Dates*

    Please indicate which dates you would like to participate. Requests are on a first-come, first-served but we will do our best to accommodate you. Event is each Tuesday in May and June weather permitting.

  2. Sponsorship/Vendor Levels
    Check the box below for the level of sponsorship for your business.

    In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified by Fredericksburg Alert. Any special requirements as to form, content or methodology shall be agreed to in advance and specified in the agreement. Sponsor agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Picnic in the Park from any liability claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any nature, except through the sole negligence of Picnic in the Park.
  3. Presenting Sponsor $2,000

    Logo on all event promotion. Logo on City website with link back to your business. 10x10 space at Hurkamp. Live mentions during each event. Identified on radio for 2 weeks as title sponsor. Logo on-site signage at event. Reserved seating at each event. 

  4. Gold Sponsor $1,500

    Identified in all event advertising by name and during each event. 10x10 space at Hurkamp. Logo on-site signage at event. Recognition in Parks and Recreation social media. Reserved seating at each event. 

  5. Silver Sponsor $1,000

    Identified in all vent advertising by name and during each event. Business name on-site signage at event. Recognition in Parks and Recreation social media. 10 x 10 space at Hurkamp. 

  6. Bronze Sponsor - $500

    Identified in all event advertising by name and during each event. Recognition in Parks and Recreation social media. 10 x 10 space at Hurkamp. 

  7. Food and Commercial Vendors

    $30 each week or $230 for the entire season if paid in advance
