The project is a new restroom facility for Riverfront Park, located at 701 Sophia Street Fredericksburg, VA. The restroom shall have separate, ADA-compliant men’s/women’s facilities. The project includes furnishing a precast concrete restroom building, placement on the Owner-supplied concrete pad, final connections of electric, water and sewer, and passing final inspections by City Inspectors at the site. This project includes: the design, code permitting, manufacture, and installation of precast concrete men’s and women’s restrooms, at least 12’ wide x 22’ long. All plumbing and electrical fixtures and utility connections to be included.
