The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids for the demolition and interior renovation for the 3rd Floor of the Executive Plaza Building, 601 Caroline Street, Fredericksburg VA 22401.
The 3rd floor is being renovated to serve as the offices of the City’s Department of Economic Development and Tourism.
